CAP Fresh Start

Christians Against Poverty Fresh Start is starting a new course on Tuesday 26th June from 5-6.30pm at Market Drayton Methodist Church. For further details, please see the poster in the Church Porch or contact Jill Alexander on 07845 762309.

 

Market Drayton 10km Run Sponsorship

Wilf McSherry ran the Market Drayton 10km road race a couple of weeks ago in a fantastic time of 44 minutes and 6 seconds. Thank you to everybody who supported and cheered him on! For those of you who have kindly sponsored Wilf, please leave your money with Wilf or Helen if you have not already done so. All funds raised will be divided equally between the Alzheimer’s Society and the building of the new Church Hall. The total amount will be announced next week. Thank you.

 

First Holy Communion

First Holy Communion will be celebrated during Sunday Mass on 24th June at 11am.

 

Open Garden

Market Drayton Macmillan Cancer Support are holding an open garden at Longford Old Hall, Longford, Market Drayton TF9 3PW on Sunday 10th June 2-5pm in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support. Admission £3. Please see the poster in the Church porch for further details.
