Please pray for the happy repose of the soul of Betty Gardiner who has died aged 85. Her Requiem Mass will be held on Monday 14th October at 11am followed by interment at Market Drayton Cemetery.

Our Lady of the Rosary

This feast was instituted by Pope Saint Pius V on the anniversary of the naval battle at Lepanto (1571). It was said that the Christians were victorious because of the help of the holy Mother of God, invoked by the saying of the Rosary. This celebration tomorrow 7th October urges all to meditate on the mysteries of Christ, following the example of the Blessed Virgin Mary who was in a special manner associated with the incarnation, passion and glorious resurrection of the Son of God.

Please join us to celebrate this feast day during evening prayer with exposition at 7pm.

Our Parish prays the Rosary every Friday evening at 7pm in Church, why not come and join us, you’ll be most welcome.
