Thank you very much for your kind and generous donations, the Parish collection raised £224.87.


Christmas Collection for Flowers

We will be holding a second collection next weekend 8th December for the annual Christmas collection for flowers for Church.


Gerrard Quail

Please pray for the happy repose of the soul of Gerrard Quail and for his family and friends. The Funeral Service will be held at Telford Crematorium on Friday 6th December at 2.30pm.


Sacrament of Reconciliation

There will be opportunity for Confession following Mass today.


Christmas Cards

Christmas cards, advent calendars and other items are available to purchase in the church porch.


Morning Prayer

Please note that during the winter months, Morning Prayer is being suspended. Evening Prayer will continue to be held on Monday evenings at 7pm.


Used Stamps

The Jesuit Refugee Service have written to thank us for the stamps we send, which they use for fundraising. They are grateful for all used stamps, preferably cut not torn from the envelope, leaving a good margin of paper around the stamp.  Please place in the box in the church porch.  Thank you.


Christmas Masses

Tuesday 24th December (Christmas Eve): Christmas Carols at 4.30pm followed by Evening Mass of the Vigil at 5pm

Wednesday 25th December (Christmas Day): Mass of the Nativity of The Lord at tbc


Prayer for Persecuted Christians

The next Churches Together prayer session for persecuted Christians will be held on Wednesday 11 December 2-3.30, a week earlier than normal in the Lounge at MD Methodist Church. Buttercross to Bethlehem

Churches Together presents a street nativity performance for all the family with live animals and carol singing on Sunday 15th December at 4.30pm. See the poster in the Church porch for further details.


Christmas Appeal

Market Drayton Foodbank is launching its Christmas Appeal next Sunday 1st December. There is an appeal for collecting items of food using an advent calendar and/or 50p per day appeal. Information is available in the Church porch.


Grove Christmas Market

Grove school is holding a Christmas Market on Wednesday 18th December at Grove school at 5.30-8pm. See the poster in the Church Porch for further information.


Missio APF Red Boxes

Please bring your red APF Missio boxes into Church (clearly labelled with your name and address) and leave them to be counted and returned to you – thank you.


Christmas Angels

An Appeal is being made again this year to knit/crochet Christmas Angels. Please leave in the Church Porch today to be collected. They will be labelled and given out as a blessing gift in the town.
