Market Drayton Foodbank Lent Appeal

The Foodbank has launched its annual Lent Appeal. Please would you consider donating during Lent, towards our 40p for 40 days appeal or donating food to help local people in crisis? We are particularly asking for donations of food towards children’s meals over Easter to help feed children who may otherwise go hungry during the school holidays. Items such as tinned spaghetti, ravioli, meatballs, mince, chilli, hotdogs soup and tuna would be appreciated along with tinned vegetables, tomatoes, fruit and instant mashed potato. Shopping lists are provided. Donations from the 40p for 40 days appeal will allow us to buy fresh items for the children such as fruit and vegetables. All donations will be welcomed, and we ask that if you are a taxpayer, please consider gift aiding your donation using the form provided. Thank you very much for your support!
